In accessing and using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Conditions so please carefully read this section before proceeding. These Conditions must be read in conjunction with any other applicable terms and conditions governing the use of the Site. Conditions
1. Use of Website
You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal authority to enter into the legal agreement constituted by your acceptance of these Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with such Conditions. The site is available only to individuals and entities that can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. If you are under the age of eighteen, you may contact the hotel directly for assistance.

The site contains and references of domain name, trademarks, logos, brand names, service marks, drawings, illustrations, artwork, videos, music, sounds, photographs, trade names, text, graphics, trade dress and devices and other valuable trade or service marks or files found on this site are proprietary to Hotel Nexus or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies and/or third-party licensors, are protected by the trademark, copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to modify, reproduce, sell, broadcast or copy any way whatsoever or in any form whatsoever, either partially or fully any of our trademarks, logos, or proprietary information without the express prior written consent of Hotel Nexus.
3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The products and/or services described in and available through the Site may not be available in your country. We make no representation that the services or products offered in the Site are appropriate or available for use in any particular location. Those who choose to access the Site do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. If use of the Site and/or viewing or use of any material or content therein or services offered thereby violates or infringes any applicable law in your jurisdiction(s), you are not authorized to view or use the Site and must exit immediately; Any disputes arising out of or related to the Site shall be governed by and constructed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of India and you shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (INDIA).
Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Arrival and Departure Policy Check in
Check in – 12:00 Hours, Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, a reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Check out – 11:00 Hours, Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.
2. Identity Proof
In keeping with Government regulations, we request all guests (on single/double/triple occupancy) to carry a photo identity to present on check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government issued photo identity address proof card e.g. driving license, passport, Aadhar card or voter’s ID card. PAN Card will not be accepted as the above. Also do keep handy proof of corporate affiliations, if you have made a corporate booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
Policy Term: Partially Refundable and/or Non-Refundable
The guest(s) will be charged
5% of the entire stay as a cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled more than one day (24 hours) in advance from the time booking is made. If the booking is cancelled within one day (24 hours) of arrival time then
30% of the entire stay will be charged as cancellation fee.
No refund will be provided if a booking is cancelled after arrival time is over.
Reservations made on promotional offers with 100% advance deposit required at the time of reservations are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-amendable for the entire length of stay.
4. Refund Policy
Upon receiving the request for cancellation from the guest (as per cancellation/no show policy), the hotel will immediately contact the bank to handle the crediting process. The refund will be made through the credit card used to purchase. In a normal scenario, the refunded amount shall reflect in the next billing cycle of the credit card. However, it could take around 30-45 business days for the actual crediting to take place depending on the bank’s practice.
5. Child Policy
Two children up to 11 years of age can stay in the parent’s room without an additional charge. However, a maximum of one child’s bed can be placed in a room which will be provided at no additional charge. One child over 8 but less than 12 years can stay in the parent’s room. Extra bed if required will be on additional charge If a child is above 12 years of age, a separate room will be required at the parent’s applicable room rate. (An extra bed shall not be provided for anyone over 12 years of age.)
6. No smoking
The Government of India has introduced a ‘no smoking’ rule for hotels, restaurants and all public places. This means smoking is prohibited in all parts of the hotel except in designated guest rooms. Should you want a smoking room, please inform us when you make your reservation.
